A minimum booking duration of two days is required for all bookings. Users must book for at least two consecutive days. Failure to meet the minimum booking duration requirement may result in cancellation of the booking, and the cancellation and refund policy will apply.

It is the user's responsibility to review and understand the cancellation and refund policy before making a booking. Any cancellations or refund requests must be made in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy.

Users agree to use the booked accommodation responsibly and in compliance with local laws and regulations. Any damage caused to the accommodation during the stay will be the user's responsibility and may result in additional charges.

Users agree to treat the accommodation, hosts, and other guests with respect and refrain from engaging in any illegal, disruptive, or harmful activities during their stay. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

ANI Living Spaces aims to provide accurate and up-to-date property information, including descriptions, amenities, and photographs. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information and do not assume any liability for errors or omissions. Users are responsible for carefully reviewing the property details and asking any necessary questions before making a booking.

ANI Living Spaces is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the stay or as a result of using our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ANI Living Spaces collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the ANI Living Spaces platform.

ANI Living Spaces reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the Terms and Conditions before using our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
